Most of them are “articulated,” meaning that they move independently. The seven vertebrae that are located in the neck are called cervical vertebrae. They include the atlas, which moves the head up and down, and the axis, which moves it side to side. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Patients who feel tingling, numbness, or weakness in their hand might have carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS). This occurs when the carpal tunnel, the median nerve tunnel in your wrist, is compressed and it can make it difficult to grip things.
